It’s terrible what is happening in Australia right now yet still there are people who deny climate change. I wrote this little poem, I hope you like it.

Trump’s Prayer

Australia is burning, a continent a blaze

A land in flame, koalas in pain.

But no need to panic, global warming’s just a phase

All it takes is a cooling breeze and a little rain.

There’s no need to heed Greta’s warning

She’s just a jumped up little joke.

Trust me it’ll all be cool by morning.       

Though I’m blinded by the smoke.

There’s no disaster here.

We don’t’ have to change our ways.

Coal is not a thing to fear

No matter what the science says.

There’s nothing written in that ash,

At least no warning I can see.

Still time to make some cash

If only, if only you’ll trust in me.
