I’ve been a great fan of audio books ever since they began to grow in popularity a few years ago.  The great thing about audio books is that you can listen pretty well anywhere. You can be on the Tube, driving to work going for a jog or sitting in the office pretending to work.  Only you and your little ear buds actually know what’s going on in your head.

I began by recording my own audio books but I quickly found it wasn’t really for me. I felt other people brought more freshness to my work and Stewart has certainly created a really lively and entertaining recording of Sky Dance.  You can hear me read my first book, The Last Hillwalker on audio Click here. Sky Dance was written with a purpose I want to expose the awful devastation caused to our habitat and wildlife be driven grouse shooting. Not everyone will like my book. If your idea of fun is blasting birds out the sky with a shotgun, I’ll be honest, my book isn’t for you. But if you care about what happens in our hills and have the vision to see what our wild land could be like if it’s wild creatures were brought back I think Sky Dance could be exactly what you’ll enjoy.
